Christmas & New Year Residential Terms and Conditions

1. All prices quoted are per person and based on VAT at 17.5% and are for two people sharing a twin/double room. Single supplements may apply, ask for details. Children in their own room will be given a 25% discount on the selling package price, if appropriate to the package Children sharing a room with full paying adults will be charged 50% of the selling package price, if appropriate to the package.

2. Packages include meals as described but exclude all drinks. Programmes and entertainment described is a guide and vary at each hotel, please ask for details. We reserve the right to amend the programme at any time. Deposit is required at the time of booking. All programmes and prices are subject to availability.

1. If you cancel your Christmas or New Year residential break, the cost of cancellation is:
 More than 28 days (4 weeks) prior to arrival: 10% of the holiday cost or £30 per person, whichever is greater.
 More than 14 days (2 weeks) but less than 28 days (4 weeks) prior to arrival: 50% of the total holiday cost.
 Within 14 days (2 weeks) of arrival: 100% of the total holiday cost.

To cancel your reservation, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange refund and cancellation payments.

Standard Child Policy

Children in their own room will be given a 25% discount on the selling package price.
Children sharing a room with full paying adults will be charged 50% of the selling package price.
There is a limited number of suitable family rooms available in hotels. Some hotels may not be able to accommodate a family room of four in one room and an upgrade may be required at a supplement. Some hotels will price children packages separately and this supersedes the above policy, please see the brochures for further details or call the hotel directly
