This suite can accommodate 100 delegates for a conference, and the same number for a special event. The Trent Room, Boardroom, Oak Room and Garden Suite The Trent Room is spacious and well lit, ideal as a training venue and will accommodate up to 60 delegates. The Boardroom, with oak panels and stained glass windows overlooking the hotel's beautiful gardens, it's perfect for executive meetings and can accommodate up to 16 delegates. The smaller oak panelled Oak Room can accommodate up to 8 delegates and overlooks the front of the hotel, while the Garden Suite overlooks the hotel's garden, is purpose built, and accommodates up to 6 delegates.
