Christmas & New Year Residential
1. All prices quoted are per person, include VAT at current vat and are based on two people sharing
a twin/double room. Single supplements apply, ask for details. Children’s prices for all
hotels are available and detailed in the Childs policy below. Packages
include meals and beverage as described. Programmes and entertainment
described are a guide and vary at each hotel, please ask for details. We reserve the
right to amend the programme at any time. Full payment is required at the time of
booking. All programmes and prices are subject to availability.
2. If you cancel your Christmas or New Year residential break, before the 1st of December a £50 per person charge will be retained and all other monies refunded. Any cancellations received after this date the full package price will be retained. Please call for further details.

The Christmas and New Year Residential policy supersedes the terms and conditions detailed in the brochures

Child Policy
Children in their own room will be given a 25% discount on the selling package price.
Children sharing a room with full paying adults will be charged 50% of the selling package price.
There is a limited number of suitable family rooms available in hotels. Some hotels may not be able to accommodate a family room of four in one room and an upgrade may be required at a supplement. Some hotels will price children packages separately and this supersedes the above policy, please see the brochures for further details.
