Of course, it can be stressful organising a wedding so we've put some tips together to ensure the planning of your day goes as smoothly as possible.

• Set the ground rules - Remember it is your big day and it's important that your family and friends understand this. Clearly set out what you want from the start, but don't forget to use the skills and ideas of others and give as many as possible little jobs to do, so they can help ease the burden and feel part of your big day.
• Set your budget - You can make your wedding whatever you want it to be, just establish what your budget is and we will work to that. Remember that our packages are just a guide and can be fine-tined to your individual taste, just tell us what it is you want from your day.
• If you're using a hotel...use it - if we have it, you can have it, if not we'll do all we can to get it for you. From a red carpet to a candelabra, you just need to ask.

We believe you'll want to remember your special day forever, so we've come up with some small touches to ensure you have wonderful memories.

• Agree the menu, then try it out - The meal is always eagerly awaited and should be exactly the way you want it. To make sure it is, we'll invite you to the hotel restaurant to try out your menu and wines, with our compliments, before your special day.
• Remember the memories - Your day will go by so quickly and to help you re-live the day we'll provide a special memory box to keep the little things safe in. From the menu to the place cards, from your veil to a copy of the day's newspaper, you can keep anything you wish from your wedding day in one place.
• Say thank you - to those who have helped. The likelihood is it won't just be you who is exhausted afterwards. That's why we'll give you a complimentary weekend break voucher for you to give to the person who has helped you out the most.
• One year on - Celebrate your 1st anniversary with a complimentary dinner for you and your spouse at the hotel where you get married.
• Price Guarantee - We want to make sure that you know exactly what you will pay so we will guarantee that the prices we agree with you at the time of your booking will not increase for a period of 18 months. Excludes government imposed duty increases or changes to the rate of VAT.
